His work supports clients across the U.S. and Costa Rica through Executive Oversight Consulting, C-Level IT guidance, and training built on standards and real-world practice.

 Melvin Chinchilla is the Co-Founder of Priority One Group and a seasoned Executive Protection professional with 30+ years of experience in protective operations and oversight consulting. He has supported high-profile clients—including Hollywood figures and internationally known bands—across assignments around the world, bringing calm leadership, discretion, and disciplined execution in high-demand environments. He also serves as a weapons trainer, helping clients and teams build capability through standards-based instruction and real-world practice.
