Training - Corporate, Law Enforcement, Civilian.

World Class Training
Our training doctrine is built for real-world performance under stress, with standards that can be taught, evaluated, and repeated. We draw from three complementary domains: U.S. military doctrine (planning, mission discipline, and team execution), law enforcement doctrine (decision-making under legal authority, threat response, and public responsibility), and the private protection sector (protective operations, discretion, duty-of-care, and risk-managed movement). The goal is not “cool training” — it’s resilient people, consistent judgment, and capabilities that hold up when conditions are chaotic.
Corporate Resilience Training (for organizations of all types)
Corporate Resilience Training prepares leaders and teams to prevent disruption, respond decisively when it happens, and restore operations with clarity and control. It is designed for the entire organization—executives, managers, security, operations, HR, front-line teams, and support staff—because resilience is a system, not a single department.
Typical modules may include:
- Risk awareness and early-warning indicators (human, operational, and environmental)
- Incident readiness: roles, responsibilities, and escalation pathways
- Crisis communications discipline (internal updates, stakeholder alignment, calm under pressure)
- Operational continuity planning (priorities, dependencies, and recovery steps)
- Leadership under uncertainty (decision-making with limited information)
- Protective readiness basics: situational awareness, access control thinking, and practical safety behaviors
- Post-incident learning: debrief/AAR habits, documentation, and corrective actions
U.S. Doctrine Tactical Weapons Training (for Law Enforcement and special units)
This program reinforces professional capability for officers and specialized units who may face armed, time-compressed, high-consequence encounters. The emphasis is not only shooting—it is safety dominance, accountable decision-making, and disciplined execution under friction, aligned with policy, law, and responsible use-of-force principles.
Typical modules may include:
- Weapons handling, safety standards, and performance accountability
- Fundamentals under pressure: efficient mechanics, consistency, and control
- Decision-making and judgment: when to act, when to hold, and how to reduce risk
- Team coordination: communication, roles, and structured movement
- Scenario-based application: training that connects tactics, environment, and responsibility
- Specialized-unit readiness focus (as applicable): higher-threat contexts and mission-specific standards
In support of protective operations and public safety duties, we also contribute to readiness and capability-building with Costa Rican police and special units, including UPP and UEA, to strengthen their mission in protecting government officials.
Concealed Carry Combat (CCC) for civilians
Concealed Carry Combat (CCC) is a responsibility-first, tiered training program for lawful armed citizens who want practical defensive competence—not bravado. CCC is built around the realities of self-defense: awareness, avoidance, judgment, de-escalation, and the ability to act decisively only when there is no other safe option. The objective is a prepared civilian who is safe, disciplined, and legally/ethically grounded.
CCC is delivered in progressive levels so students build capability step-by-step, with measurable standards at each stage—not just “range time.”
Typical modules across the levels may include:
- Mindset and awareness: avoidance, positioning, and recognizing pre-incident indicators
- Safe concealed carry and weapons handling (non-negotiable safety standards)
- Defensive fundamentals under stress: consistency, control, and responsible speed
- Decision-making and restraint: protecting innocents, minimizing risk, and understanding consequences
- Home, travel, and daily-life considerations (staying out of problems before they start)
- Scenario-driven application focused on practical, realistic defensive problems
Eligibility and standards are strict: CCC is for vetted students only, with full legal compliance required and a disciplined training environment where safety and conduct standards are enforced.
